"I hate I have to write this review because Mr. Gallant is a good guy. However the agent Matt is completely incompetent and lacks customer service. He wrote me a policy for a rental that I paid in full for the year. Come to find out the policy was never issued and I don’t find out until I sold the house . I was able to move past that and luckily nothing happened to the house while I owned it. However recently I had a house built and had Matt write the policy for me again unfortunately. Over the weekend the house was vandalized and I had to file a claim. This agent Matt gives me a $5,800 dollar deductible! Without discussing it with me first. Now I have to come out of pocket to fix the home I just had built because this guy just does whatever he wants and doesn’t take care of his clients USE ANYONE BUY MATT. He’s absolutely terrible"

From the moment we started talking, she was warm, patient, and actually listened to what I needed instead of rushing me through a script.
